FTS announced updated fees tariffs at Russian seaports

The Federal Tariff Service of Russia (FST) on October 14, 2009 N 249-t/20 (registered in the Ministry of Justice on Dec. 16 2009 N 15616) announced amendments in the order of the FTS on Dec. 20, 2007 N 522-t/1 "On approval of the rates of the port dues and the rules for their implementation in the seaports of Russia,” Rosmorport press service office reports citing the agency officials.

The rates of port charges will be changed, the report reads, in the following seaports: the port of Arkhangelsk, Onega port, the port of Vyborg, Vysotsk terminal; Big Port of St. Petersburg, Passenger Port of St. Petersburg port of Ust -Luga, Kaliningrad port, port Yeysk; Port Kavkaz, a port Novorossiysk port of Sochi, Taganrog port; Temryuk; port of Astrakhan, Olya port, the port of Anadyr, the port of Vanino, the port of Vladivostok, the port de Castries, the port of Korsakov, the port of Magadan; Port Nikolaevsk-on-Amur; Pevek port, the port of Providence; port of Sovetskaya (Soviet) Gavan.

In addition, the order of the FST on October 14, 2009 N 249-t/20 amends part of the order of N 2 FST of December 20, 2007 N 522-t/1 "On approval of the rates of port dues and rules for their implementation at the seaports of Russian Federation.
