FST changes tariffs for export oil shipment for several routes

The authorities of the Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia at December 24 meeting 2009 decided to maintain unchanged the exceptional rates for transporting export oil in all directions, save updated tariffs for a small number of routes, the FTS press service reports.

The new tariff is to be charged for crude oil shipped through the station Nyagan of Sverdlovsk railway - station Buslovskaya of October Railway. Now exceptional rate from coefficient 0.6 according the current section 3 of the Price List N10-01 "Tariffs for transportation of goods and infrastructure services performed by Russian Railways is to be changed to 0.76 with a twofold increase of the minimum guaranteed traffic, which is currently used for the implementation of this exceptional rate, true for mazut transportation from the station Vetlasyan of North railways for export to Finland, where the size of an exclusive rate changes from the coefficient 0.7 to 0,75.

Also, the agency decided to change for the next year the current rate from 0,72 to 0,89 coefficient of section two of the Price List N 10-01 for the transportation of export gas condensate by rail through the Sverdlovsk railway station Limbey to Russian ports now limited to station Limbey to White Sea station of Oktyabrskaya railway with a guaranteed volume of traffic, at least 2.235 tons annually.
