SpetsMorNeftePort Kozmino (specialized marine oil port) manages the just-built port of Kozmino in Russia (Primorsky Territory). The port has been included in the list of natural monopolies providing services at transportation terminals, sea and river ports and airports, subject to regulation by the Federal Tariff Service (FTS) of Russia, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports today publishing the FTS order (Dec.24, 2009 N 502-t / 5) registered in the RF Ministry of Justice on January 27, 2010 (N 16087).
The document excluded from the list of enterprises - natural monopolies, subjects to federal government regulation, the public administrations of fishery ports, namely state-run Novorossiysk Fishing Sea Port, Nakhodka Fishing Sea Port, Kaliningrad Fishing Sea Port, Saint-Petersburg Fishing Sea Port, etc.
