Oil price up $0.84 to $78.09 in London, in New York at $80.00 (+1.14)

As of February 24th, the IPE Brent Crude February futures contract rose to $78.09 (+0.84) a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Light Sweet Crude gained $1.14 to $80.00 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
