Ukrferry Shipping company, a rail and ferry carrier of Ukraine, posted 2009 fiscal year’s net profit at $ 0.751 million hryvnia (about $0.09 million), against a 5.323m hryvnia loss (approximately $0.6 million) a year earlier, RZD-Partner.Ru reported.
The shipping company said it had a 2.5 slump in freight volumes in 2009, to 0.25 million tons.
