Victor Chernykh was appointed February 19th Deputy Director of Economics and Management of the state assets of Ust-Luga branch of Rosmorport, the Ust-Luga press-service said.
This new office has been introduced in connection with the operational requirements by the N60 order of the Director General of Rosmorport on February 15 this year.
The appointed Deputy Director of economics and management of state assets will be responsible for the economic issues and the effective management of state property assigned to the Ust-Luga branch.
Viktor Chernykh was born on Nov.16, 1961 in the village of Degtevoye of Zadonskiy district of Lipetsk region. In 1985 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Marine Engineering College of Adm. Makarov, as seaway navigation specialist, qualified engineer-skipper. He began his career in 1985.
From August 2003 through February 2007 Mr. Chernykh served as Deputy General Director of In-Transit CJSC. From February 2007 through December 2009, Deputy Director for staff management at the St. Petersburg branch of Rosmorport.
