The contract for building the 1760M boat project was signed between the 176th SRP, who had won bidding, and Rosmorport in December 2009. According to the contract the vessel should be built and delivered within 18 months.
The boat of 90-ton displacement will be 21m in length and 6.6m in width. The vessel will be equipped with a crane to install and lift buoys. The buoys tender is sad to be named Vavchuga and will be used by Arkhangelsk branch of Rosmorport for operations at the Arkhangelsk seaport.
