Oil price up $1.13, to $79.02 in London, in New York to $81.7 (+1.9)

As of March 16th, the IPE Brent Crude February futures contract rose to $79.02 (+1.13) a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe exchange. Light Sweet Crude gained $1.9, to $81.7 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
