March 19 average price of M-100 HFO at 7.674 rubles a ton

The average spot price for M-100 HFO as of March 19, 2010 was at 7.773 rubles a ton (+99 rubles, compared with March 12 figures). According to Cortez IAC for the reporting period, the cost of summer diesel fuel was 16.573 rubles a ton, winter diesel fuel - 17.980 rubles a ton.
