Big Port of St. Petersburg will be able to receive ships with draught to 14 meters since 2012. During the opening ceremony the first direct ocean container service Maersk Line ECUBEX Mr Levitin, Minister of Transport stated that, by that time approach channels with the corresponding characteristics are planned to be established in the Gulf of Finland – reports the correspondent of  PortNews IAA from the event.
