The Board of Directors of RZD OJSC appointed Valeriy Reshetnikov Senior Vice President of RZD OJSC, Russian Railways, while Boris Lapidus was dismissed from the post of Senior Vice President of RZD and elected a member of the Board of RZD and General Director of VNIIZT (Research Institute of railway transport), a subsidiary of RZD OJSC, the Russian Railways press-service said.

According to the Company’s data its share in the country’s cargo turnover reaches 43% (taking into account the cars of FCC and other subsidiaries).
