Transport and Communications Minister of Ukraine Konstantin Efimenko presented to the Ministry staff his new first deputy minister - Vladimir Kornienko and two Vice-Ministers - Alexei Baranov and Oksana Plotnikova, the Ministry press office said.
Constantine Efimenko noted that his newly appointed colleagues were highly-trained specialists. Mr. Efimenko is sure their energy and progressive ideas, combined with the experience of professionals who had worked in the Ministry for years, will help solve the most difficult problems in transport and communications.
The First Deputy Minister, Vladimir Kornienko, has worked in the field of transport and has proved to be a competent, consistent and responsible professional, Mr. Efimenko said.
"I am confident that together we can adequately perform all the tasks that lie ahead, and provide a powerful surge in development of the industry", the Minister was quoted as saying.
