Center of Shipbuilding Zviezdochka (Arkhangelsk) will be recycling old automobiles, the company’s statement said. Russian MinPromTorg, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, included the shipbuilder in the list of enterprises that would scrap old vehicles. Initially, the company will take only vehicles from auto dealers.
