RN-Bunker (a subsidiary of Rosneft OJSC) became part of the Russian Association of Marine and River Bunker (RosMorRechBunker) PortNews IAA reports quoting the Association president Vitaly Kovalev. The Association board of directors in their March 25 decision admitted the two members RN-Bunker and NefteKhim-Bunker. According to Vitaly Kovalev, the Association bunker companies control about 70% of the bunkering services market at the Russian ports.
