Primorsk Resources gains 33% in the bunker market of Primorsk port

Primorsk Resources Ltd., a bunker Company operating at the seaport of Primorsk (Leningrad region) has increased its share in the market of bunkering services to 33%, PortNews IAA reports citing the company’s data. In the first three months this year, volumes of MFO sales by the company rose to 25.500 tons. The last year’s total fuel oil volume by the company was at 110.000 tons.

Primorsk Resources Ltd. has operated in the market of bunkering of vessels at the port of Primorsk since 1993. The company bids a greater gain in bunker fuel volumes this year.

The freight traffic through the port of Primorsk (with oil terminal and petroleum products terminal) in 2009 made up 79 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products. Last year 935 tankers called at the port.
