According to the strategy of JSC Latvian Shipping Company till 2015, JSC Latvian Shipping Company has made the following decisions with respect to companies within the group of companies:
• JSC „Kugu remonta baze” is acquired by JSC „Kugu menedzments”
• JSC „Macibu centrs” is acquired by JSC „Kugu menedzments”
At present Latvian Shipping Company has initiated the process of merging of the said companies, drawn up draft Reorganisation Agreement, as well as provided publication of the advertisement as envisaged by law.
