PKN Orlen to finalize the purchase of Mazeikiu nafta by December 15

The largest Polish oil company PKN Orlen plans to finalize the deal on purchase of oil refinery Mazeikiu by December 15, Igor Khalupets, head of PKN said Saturday, Reuters reports according to NGV agency. "December 15 is our target,” Igor Khalupets said at the briefing with Gediminas Kirkilas, Prime Minister of Lithuania. There are still some conditions to be considered, he added.
