Two of the Singapore-flagged vessels were laid up at Lyngdal, Norway, from April 2009 to April 2010. The four ships are sold for an undisclosed price, but in the last couple of weeks recyclers in China have paid around USD 407 per light ton. The sum is a substantial increase from last months USD 360. The 32,000 DWT ro-ro’s are have around 4,300 lane metres on the decks.
