The AGM approved the annual report for the year 2009 and annual financial statements of the Company, including the income and loss accounts for the year 2009. In addition, stockholders elected the accounts and audit commission, approved new provisions of the Board of Directors, General Director, Audit Commission.
The Red Barricades’ AGM did not approve a new edition of the Red Barricades company by-law. According to Ilya Kokarev, General Director of Caspian Energy Group JSC "the changes in the company by-law had not been earlier discussed with us, so we disagreed with several provisions of the bylaw new edition. We are confident that the final version of the company by-law, corresponding to current legislation, will be developed by us jointly with the new Board of Directors and approved at the next meeting of stockholders", Mr. Kokarev added.
The AGM elected the Board of Directors of the shipyard Red Barricades JSC as follows: Dmitry Antipov, Chief Financial Officer of Red Barricades JSC, Sergey Kurbatov, Deputy General Director on economic security of Red Barricades JSC, Olga Evdoshenko, the head of the Red Barricades JSC training center, Alexander Ilyichev, General Director of Red Barricades JSC, Peter Morozov, Deputy General Director, Director of Commerce of Red Barricades JSC, Edward Strugov, a student of Moscow State University, Valentine Frolov, the head of Department for expertise and contract of Red Barricades JSC, Anatoly Krymov, General Director of Lotus Shipyard OJSC (part of Caspian Energy Group), Ilya Kokarev, General Director of Caspian Energy Group.

Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant Red Barricades (Astrakhan region) specializes in building tanker hulls, installation and reconstruction of the oil drilling rigs.
