Russian Federal Tariff Service (FTS of Russia) issued a decree "On approval of tariffs for the berths services provided by Federal State Unitary Enterprise Kaliningrad Sea Fishing Port. According to the annex to the document, to dock a vessel at the port’s berths without loading/offloading cargo would cost 2,017.3 rubles a day, excluding VAT.
