Freight traffic volume handled by JSC Archangelsk Sea Commercial Port (ASCP) in January-October 2010 totaled 1,398,900 tons, up 31% from the same period a year earlier, the stevedore company’s press service reports.
In ten recent months of the year, the stevedore transshipped 53,600 tons of cargo (not related to seaborne trade), 435,700 tons of outbound cargo (up 1.9 times), 440,900 tons of inbound cargo (a 43.5-percent surge), 468,700 tons of home trade cargo (-1.8%).
