Raven Russia and Aldama to build $26 million logistic terminal in Saint Petersburg

Raven Russia investment fund, which is building $44 warehouse complex of A-class in Shushary (Leningrad Region) plans to build another terminal in Saint Petersburg jointly with Aldama company, Vedomosti reports according to RZD-Partner, Raven Russia has acquired 5-hectare plot in Saint Petersburg in order to build A-class logistic terminal of 32 500 square meters. The company plans to get 17% annually in profit from the $26 million project.
