State-owned shares of Tuapse Commercial Sea Port (TMTP) were sold today at Rosimushchestvo public auction. The stake was purchased by Nafta-T Company, part of Universal Cargo Logistics Holding (UCL Holding), the Holding press office said. The winner has acquired a 25% stake (25% of common stock) in TMTP for initial price - RUB 1,612,109,000.
Tuapse Commercial Sea Port JSC (TMTP), founded in 1994, is the main stevedore company operating at one of the largest ports in Russia - the port of Tuapse. UCL Holding (65.06%) and Russian Government (25%) are major stockholders of TMTP JSC.
