Transport Ministry establishes areas of pilotage at 4 ports

The Russian Ministry of Transport adopted a decree establishing the areas for obligatory pilotage in the seaports of Prigorodnoye, Vitino and Vostochny, as well as the areas of obligatory and optional pilotage services at the port of Nakhodka, the press service of Rosmorport reports citing the corresponding documents of the Transport Ministry dated January 11, 2011.
