The Comoros-flagged MV Constantza has been banned after multiple detentions, Paris MoU press release said.
The merchant ship was banned on 3 March 2011 and will be refused access to Paris MoU ports for a minimum period of 3 months.This is the 4th banning under the New Inspection Regime, the organization said.
