First Quantum Group and Andrey Kobzar have sold their 50 percent stake in NUTEP container terminal (Novorossiysk) to an external investor.
Now therefore First Quantum Group and Andrey Kobzar do not possess any share of NUTEP. The transaction amount is $115 million.
