The Rosmorport’s branch offices in St. Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Vyborg, Kaliningrad and Vysotsky are planned to be merged by June 1st into the North-West branch. Novorossiysk, Yeisk, Taman and Tuapse branches will form the Azov-Black Sea Basin branch of Rosmorport.
Consolidated branches are being created to streamline the management of the enterprise. These changes are aimed primarily at reducing the cost of executive personnel, more efficient use of facilities and equipment resources, and optimization of the management of the company’s assets.
