"As terminal operator, ICTSl will be expected to provide assistance with the design of the 660-metre terminal to be constructed by (Brunei Economic Development Board) on Pulau Muara Besar Island," the listed firm told the stock exchange here.
"After construction of the terminal (it will) undertake storage and handling of all container cargoes through the terminal under a concession agreement," it said without providing the cost of the project.
The parties are expected to sign a formal document spelling out the terms of the contract, it added.
