Russia to introduce E-Customs Declaration not earlier than 2014 - a lawmaker

Obligatory electronic customs declaration will most likely be introduced not earlier than January 1, 2014, Alexander Kogan, a State Duma deputy said, PortNews correspondent reports.

The lawmaker speaking at a meeting of the Expert Council on Customs Regulation at the Committee on Budget and Taxes said the introduction of obligatory e-customs declaration requires a transition period.
