Further penetration of landlord port model is expected in the nearest future (state port with private operators), Patrick Verhoeven, Secretary General of European Sea Ports Organization told at the Round Table meeting “Port Service as and Instrument to Improve Port Attractiveness” arranged by PortNews IAA. “We expect further penetration of landlord port model. Corporatisation and commercialisation of port authorities are to contribute to the process.
