Marine and offshore services firm Penguin International has commenced legal proceedings against Wartsila Ship Design Norway in connection with a contract termination, Seatrade Asia online reports. Penguin Shipyard International, wholly-owned by Penguin International, is claiming against Wartsila for loss and damage regarding the termination of shipbuilding contracts for the construction of two safety standby rescue vessels.
