Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin yesterday signed an appointment of Yuri Kostin as deputy chief of Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot), the agency press office said.
Earlier, Rosmorrechflot head Alexander Davydenko has informed that Mr. Kostin will be in charge of navigation safety, oversee the establishment and work of the river basins authorities.
