  Rotortug and ASD Ship Design present innovative tugboat technology, AFFTP

  

  The Rotterdam based shipping company Rotortug and ASD Ship Design from Alblasserdam have invented a revolutionary tugboat technology or “tugnology” solution to prevent tow line failures from chafing against a tugboats fixed towing point, the shipping company's press release said.
  
  The invention is presented by the innovators Mr. Ton Kooren (Rotortug) and  Mr. Arie Aalbers (ASD Ship Design) at the 22nd International Tug, Salvage & OSV Convention in Barcelona, Spain.
