Yevpatoriya Commercial Seaport issues a tender for portal crane servicing

Yevpatoriya Commercial Seaport (Crimea, Ukraine) has issued a tender for portal crane repair and maintenance services, the port reports according to Ua-tenders.com. The tendering period is to end on December 4 with opening of the bids on the same date. The tender is to be held in Yevpatoriya. Service period – January-December 2007. Location – cargo complex of the seaport at the southern bar of Donuzlav lake.

Yevpatoriya Commercial Seaport  carries out transshipment of large-capacity trucks, sand, metal, metal scrap, as well as passenger transportation wthin summer navigation. The port has 8 berths including two cargo berths and three passenger berths with 938.7 m of total berth length and 438 m of passenger berths. The port covers the terminal of 6.6 hectares. In 2005 cargo turnover of Yevpatoriya Commercial Seaport grew by 43.2% to 1 830.1 thou tons. In particular, the seaport handled 83.6 thou tons of export cargo, 134.1 thou tons of import cargo, 75.7 thou tons of transit cargo and 1 536.7 thou tons of coastal trade cargo.
