Transneft to finalize expertise of Kozmino Bay feasibility study in March 2007

Transneft plans to finalize the expertise of feasibility study of Kozmino Bay oil terminal (Primorsky Krai) at federal authorities in March 2007, the company's press center reports according to oilru.com. The Board of Directors of Transneft discussed feasibility study of 15-mln-t/y-sea oil terminal in Kozmino Bay.  It was proposed to build discharging railroad overpass, inlet oil pipeline, petroleum storage with capacity of 500 thou. cub.m., and two loading machines for oil loading in tankers of 150 000 and 300 000 thou tons deadweight. It is planned to finish reconciliation of project documents in regional control bodies in January and examination by experts in federal bodies in March of the next year.
