In obedience to information of State administration of railway transport of Ukraine («Ukrzaliznitsya»), the volume of export of super tonnage containers from marine commercial ports by railway for the past year made 53,1 thousand TEU. This result exceeded the proper index of previous year on 36,1%.
Specific gravity of «Ukrzaliznitsya» in the export of containers from ports still is extremely insignificant, moreover - it falls, as development of railway transportations falls behind from general growth of container flow through the ports.
At all, volume of the containers transportations by railway from ports of Ukraine was multiplied in 4,8 times for the last 5 years.
