The Chinese railways minister confirmed the state's interest in the realization of the new project together with RZHD and Deutsche Bahn aimed to set up a private logistic company, as it was informed after the working meeting with the RHZD president, V.Yakunin, held Feb. 25.
The sides discussed relatonships between China and Russia at the background of the global crisis. The importance of the cooperation between two railway systems was underlined. It is assumed to be reached due to the increase in the containers shipment from China and South Eastern Asia to Russia and Europe.

By now JV has been set up by RZHD and DB to provide logistic works and cargo transportation. RZHD and Stinnels (sub of Deutsche Bahn) have 30% each, Transcontainer (RZHD sub) - 20%, Polzug (Poland) and Kombiverkehr (Germany) - 10%.
