CKYH Alliance to rationalise Far East – US East Coast services

The CKYH Alliance (Coscon, K-Line, Yang Ming, Hanjin) is rationalising its Far East - US East Coast services from next month.
 In addition to the current routes, CKYH Alliance is launching a new service, the AWE-5 [AWN], which was operated on temporary basis but will now become a regular service.
AWE-1 [AWH]
    * Port rotation: Qingdao > Ningbo > Shanghai > Pusan > New York > Wilmington > Savannah> Pusan > Qingdao
    * Vessels deployed: eight 3,726 TEU ships from Hanjin Shipping
AWE-2 [AWC]
    * Port rotation: Qingdao > Shanghai > Ningbo > Yokohama > Savannah > New York > Boston > Qingdao
    * Vessels deployed: eight 3,600 TEU ships from Coscon
AWE-3 [AWY]
    * Port rotation: Kaohsiung > Hong Kong > Yantian > Pusan > Savannah > Charleston > Wilmington > Kaohsiung
    * Vessels deployed: eight 3,300 TEU ships from Yang Ming
AWE-4 [AWK]
    * Port rotation: Singapore > Shekou > Hong Kong > Yantian > Norfolk > New York > Halifax > Singapore
    * Vessels deployed: eight - nine 3,850 TEU ships from K-Line
AWE-5 [AWN]
    * Port rotation: Kaohsiung > Yantian > Shanghai > Pusan > New York > Norfolk > Savannah > Kaohsiung
    * Vessels deployed: eight 3,300 TEU ships from Yang Ming and Hanjin Shipping
