Shareholders of Krasnoye Sormovo OJSC (Nizhni Novgorod, MNP Group) made a decision at their general meeting held on June 4 not to pay dividends for 2008 because of the loss, MNP information department states. Krasnoye Sormovo shareholders also approved a number of significant transactions including those with Vneshtorgbank, Gazprombank, Sberbank of the Russian Federation, VEB-Leasing, Vnesheconombank, Promtorgbank, Bank VTB.
The shareholders also elected the new BoD (7 members) and Director General – Nikolai Zharkov.
MNP Group incorporates the leading Russian shipyards: Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard (Nizhniy Novgorod), Volgograd Shipyard, as well as Sormovskoye Mashinostroeniye (Nizhniy Novgorod), Volgograd Special Engineering Plant and Volgo-Caspian Design Bureau.
