Portuguese firm to build terminal in Angola

Portuguese construction company Mota-Engil will invest US$70 million to build a new terminal in Angola, news agency Angop said.
Mota-Engil has signed a contract with Angolan container terminal manager Sociedade Gestora de Terminais (Sogester) regarding the building of the terminal at the Musseque Capari site in the municipality of Cacuaco, north of Angola's capital Luanda.
The facility is aimed at making easier the cargo traffic through the port of Luanda, the director of the planning division in the municipality, Manuel Ferreira, explained.
The construction is expected to start this month and will be completed in November.
