The construction of the first phase of a seaport in Belomorsk (Belomorsk Port CJSC, Karelia) is to be completed in 2012. Investments into the project are to total RUR 18 bln, Andrei Kyachin, the company’s Director General says according to Delovoi Peterburg.
The project is to be financed within the framework of public-private partnership. The share of state investment is about 35%, own and raised resources - 65%.
