Novorossisk Shipping Company ("Novoship") can become an investor in the construction of the seaport in Sochi for the Olympics 2014, said Russian Minister of Transport, Igor Levitin.
It is supposed that funds to create the cargo handling infrastructure will be allocated from the Federal Budget, and for the passenger infrastructure - by the investor. The parties have not yet signed an agreement - the final decision will be taken in September, the newspaper “Vedomosti” writes today according to RZD-Partner.
