Commercial Port of Vladivostok raises its share in Vladivostok Automobile Terminal to 51%

Commercial Port of Vladivostok (VMTP OJSC) has increased its share in the authorized capital of Vladivostok Automobile Terminal LLC from 25% to 51%, VMTP officially states.

Commercial Port of Vladivostok (VMTP OJSC) owns and operates the property complex of the port of Vladivostok, one of Russia’s largest ports in the Far East. Commercial Port of Vladivostok operates 17 berths including container, passenger, motor car specialized berths.

Commercial Port of Vladivostok is a part of FESCO Transport Group. In 2008, the company handled 5.915 million tonnes of cargo.

Vladivostok Automobile Terminal LLC operates the automobile terminal of VMTP  - the largest specialized terminal handling motor equipment in the Far East. Two 291-meter berths can accept ocean-going ferries and specialized Ro-Ro vessels carrying up to 2,000 automobiles. The terminal is capable of handling up to 10,000 units per month.
