  VOS Aberdeen receives International Safety Award

  

  Vroon Offshore Services Aberdeen has been presented with an International Safety Award by the British Safety Council. Over 500 companies of all sizes and from diverse industries were considered in the selection process for the 2015 Awards, the most competitive year yet.
   
  Vroon’s International Safety Award was credited with a Merit, which is one of the very highest achievements granted for this Award.
   
  The VOS Winter Safety Campaign, initiated at the end of 2014 and involving improvements to vessel infrastructure and equipment, and its ‘Stop the Job’ campaign, which has been a great success and significantly lowered incident rates, were both cited as important contributing factors for this Award.
