Marine Façade (Saint-Petersburg) welcomed 11 cruise ships and 19,483 passengers last week

Between August 31 and September 6 Passenger port of Saint Petersburg has received 11 cruise ships and 19 483 passengers. According to the port’s press center, total berth time of all the ships is 21 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 70 574.

Services provided to ships:

∙ Fresh water bunkering – 2 080 m3

∙ Waste-water reception – 1 751 m3

∙ Garbage collection – 280 m3

In the indicated period 13 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.

Maximum amount of ships in the Port this week – 5, on August 31 and September 1.

Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg «Marine Façade» PLC is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven piers. The quay-side length – 2,171.06 m.
