Wednesday 28th March, Mr. Michael van Toledo, General Manager TMA Logistics, Mrs. Femke Brenninkmeijer, Director Energy, Cargo & Offshore of the Port of Amsterdam, and Mr. David Besseling, Samskip's Trade Manager UK have officially opened the new service on the UK Trade operating between Amsterdam and Hull, Samskip announces in its press release.
The new calls and the port's European hinterland systems augment our existing Rotterdam-Hull operation and runs alongside shortsea and multimodal services into Tilbury and Grangemouth. In addition, barge and rail systems connect the European hinterland to Amsterdam.
