Bunker prices at the Port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, are recovering after a recent fall (graph)

Average indicative bunker prices at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, are recovering after a recent fall. Average fuel oil prices at the port of Rotterdam have increased by $10. 

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $390 pmt (+$12). 

Average price of MGO - $620 pmt (+$11).

Average price of ULSFO - $577 pmt (+$16). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $35 and $395 pmt, MGO – between $615 and $625 pmt.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
