Alexander I. Ilnitskiy has been appointed Head of the RS Branch Office in Romania, RS says in a press release.
Alexander I. Ilnitskiy has graduated as a maritime radio engineer, served as a maritime training centre instructor and worked at an international shipping company.
Mr. Ilnitskiy joined RS Kaliningrad Branch in 2004, in 2014 he was promoted to a Principal Surveyor position.
The RS Branch Office in Romania is located at the Constanta sea port and carries out ship survey under construction and repair as well as in operation.
