Zvezdochka to launch the fourth diesel submarine of the Indian Navy in May 07

The sub Sindivijai is being repaired and upgraded at the Severodvinsk based shipyard, ShipbuildingRu reports. According to the head of the press-service of the enterprise Nadezhda Scherbinina the exact date is not certain yet, most likely, it will be May, 8-10. Unlike other Indian submarines of the same class earlier modernized by Zvezdochka the fourth one will get more new equipment and systems developed and made in India. It is planned to finish all tests this year.
