Petra Perdana Bhd unit Perdana Venus Ltd is buying two new vessels worth a total US$59mil from Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn Bhd.
The company told the stock exchange that Perdana Venus had agreed to buy two new anchor handling/offshore support vessels for US$29.5mil each. The first vessel was due for delivery in December 2009, and the other in April 2010, it said.
